Description : European Red Deer have a reddish-brown coat, which changes to a brownish-grey in the winter. They have a creamy patch on their rump and a short, beige tail. Only the males carry antlers, which they lose in February to April. They grow new antlers in August.

Description by Taz when she originally put it at Zoo Admin : The European red deer is a Zoo Tycoon animal with all original graphics. The European red deer is the largest land mammal in the UK. This animal will add interest to any zoo.
