Just place the buildings non-guest door against a fence and then place the gate shelter on the inside of the exhibit fence opposite the door. "I made two panda shelters, rustic & fancy. I prefer the rustic but what I like best of all is the gate directly through the fence into the research building. I think this looks great and eliminates the need for a shelter building." The 3 trees are set to cHeight = 1 because they are so slim and can be seen through. Also because they are so slim I have made them walkable.
