Description: These bright pink, large bodied birds have long necks and small heads and can be found in South America and the Caribbean. They are the largest of the flamingo sub-species. Flamingos aren't born with their beautiful pink plumage. When young they are actually a dull gray. Their colour comes from pigments in the shrimp and other crustaceans they consume as part of their diet.
This animal is made from the greater flamingo found in the game. It is a slight recolor as well as a stat change. The reason I made this animal is because I noticed that the flamingos in the game will become unhappy if there are too many animals in their exhibit. Every exhibit I have ever seen with flamingos in it seems to have 50 or 60 birds in it and they seem to have no problems. So the same is true about this download. They will be very happy with up to 30 animals. And as an added bonus, all you have to do is feed them! They will not even poop! This makes it very convenient for you, plus allows you to make islands!

Caribbean Flamingo

With its exceptionally long neck and legs, the Caribbean flamingo is the
largest member of the flamingo family. It is found in a wide variety of
freshwater and saline habitats, particularly salt lakes, estuaries and
lagoons. Flamingos outside the tropics often migrate to warmer regions for the
winter, and in all regions they fly long distances - sometimes up yo 300 miles
- to find food, traveling at night.
